Job Title: Head- Digital Marketing

Job Purpose/summary

The role holder will be responsible for developing and executing a holistic digital marketing strategies for the Bank that aligns with its objectives. The job holder utilizes various online channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising to drive the Bank’s digital footprint on all social and virtual channels.

Key Functions/Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, utilizing various online channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer behaviour analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience preferences.
  • Optimize website content, structure, and performance for improved organic search rankings, user experience, and conversions.
  • Manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including budget allocation, keyword research, bid management, and performance tracking.
  • Create and curate compelling and engaging content for website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement through data analysis, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and apply them to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of digital marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry or role.

Desired

  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
