Job Purpose/Summary
Purple Star Consulting Limited, a leading firm in the management consulting industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to support the technical and operational activities of the organization. The ideal candidate will provide administrative, analytical, and technical support to management, ensuring smooth execution of projects and effective problem solving.
Key Functions/Responsibilities:

- Provide support in project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution.
- Assist in technical research, data collection, and report preparation.
- Analyze technical documents, reports, and proposals, providing insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards for tracking project progress.
- Coordinate logistics and procurement activities as needed.
- Assist in property research, site inspections, and market analysis.
- Support documentation and compliance processes for property acquisitions and sales.
- Assist in preparing property reports, valuation documents, and client presentations.
- Assist in preparing presentations, technical documents, and other business correspondence.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure technical and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and follow-up on action points.
- Support operational processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.
- Identifying growth opportunities and requisite partnerships/acquisition targets, and performing financial valuations and due diligence of potential opportunities
- Coordinate event planning for internal and external executive engagements.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the Executive, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to support business strategies.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record keeping of technical and operational data.
- Support in troubleshooting technical issues and liaising with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Managing Partner
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a technical support or administrative role
- Experience in consulting, engineering real estate, fleet management, or project management is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant technical tools.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management software such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
